Our Home Buying experience with Kari Cross was nothing short of amazing! We live in a very competitive market in Sacramento, California and Kari was able to explain the pros and cons of going with resale vs new construction. She listen to all our families needs and we came up the best fit for the time in our lives! Kari was able to walk us through buying new contraction and helped us out bid other buyers for our dream home on a large lot big enough to build a pool! Large lots are rare in today’s new contraction market and we were able to build a pool and half court basketball court on the side yard!
